The Pwnage software is really effortless to use. I was capable to successfully upgrade my 2G from 2.2.1 to 3.1.2 using Pwnage tool 3.1.4. I only used the basic mode interface. Some internet sites say a single ought to enter DFU/recovery mode before restoring the iphone. However, when I attempted carrying out that, I received a error. So I tried restoring again, this time, not in DFU mode, and it worked out fine. Maybe because my iphone was jailbroken just prior to by exactly the same tool. I don’t know if this can also perform for first time jailbreakers.

My problem is anytime Apple release the new firmware, i will need to upgrade BUT not from itune directly. This really is causing the difficulty for me cause it appears troublesome for me . Each time immediately after the upgrade, all my downloaded plans which by now kept the data will be gone and i have to re-sync all applications wherever the software will be like the fresh a single meant i loss all information. So, is that a solution to unlock/unblock the iphone which exactly the same as the Iphone sold in Hong Kong industry where it's able to use for all region SIM and may upgrade firmware directly from itune.
Anyone just really feel totally free to provide the advise. Thank you and have a great day!
